Step Into the Magic: Nutcracker Market Trip Join us for a festive day of holiday shopping, sweet treats, and seasonal cheer at Houston’s beloved Nutcracker Market. We’re making your holiday experience easy and elegant with round-trip transportation, breakfast, and even a shopping concierge team to handle your bags. Your Experience Includes: Breakfast at Hearthstone before departure Charter bus transportation to and from NRG Entry ticket into the Nutcracker Market Valet service for shopping bags Snacks on the bus ride home Event Details: Location: Meet at Hearthstone Country Club | Nutcracker Market at NRG Cost: $80.00 (plus tax) – Member Charge Only Schedule of Events: 9:00 AM – Check-in & Breakfast at Red Wolf 10:30 AM – Depart for the Nutcracker Market All Day – Shop ‘til you drop! 5:30 PM – Depart NRG and return to Hearthstone Important Info: Limited spots available – registration is first come, first served Members must register under their own account Each Member may bring up to 4 non-member guests No payments will be taken at check-in. Charges will be billed to your Member Account on the event day Please list names and Member numbers of any additional Members you're registering for How to Register: We highly require registering online via the Hearthstone website or mobile app for the fastest and most accurate processing. If the event is full, email chelsea.virgin@invitedclubs.com with your name, Member number, and desired headcount to be added to the waitlist. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will be billed the full event fee.
